I have been obsessed with these Sugar-Free, Paleo, Vegan Snacks. They are great as a pre-workout snack, afternoon pick me up, night cap, you name it. The variety of nuts and seeds used in them will definitely keep you belly and brain satisfied. It is one of my favorite ways to combat sugar-cravings. I am so PUMPkinED to share this recipe with you guys!
These bad boys are so easy to make. Thank goodness for my food processor, a quick blending, freeze then voila. Clean, Sugar-Free, No-guilt Snacks are ready to be devoured. Bonus, you can add any fruit toppings as you like. My personal favorites are figs and strawberries.
TO MAKE THESE HEALTHY PUMPKIN Fudge BARS
First, soak the nuts and seeds overnight (or 6 hours+).
It not only makes the bars’ texture extra fudgy, but also activates the nutrients in nuts and seeds which increase our bodies’ absorption.
For example, you may have heard that brazil nuts are rich in selenium which is great for thyroid health. Enzyme prohibitors may impair mineral absorption. That’s why Soaking brazil nuts for a few hours can make the nutrients we are after more bioavailable.
BUT, if you don’t have time to soak them, don’t worry. You will still get all the healthy fat, protein from these nuts.

Golden turmeric is one of my favorite afternoon pick-me-up. The sweet and spicy taste just fuel my brain and that gut. Have you ever wondered why turmeric is always paired black pepper?
This classic duo is meant to make the nutrients/minerals in turmeric more bioavailable. Additionally, FAT also activates the benefits in turmeric. With that said, these Golden Bars are the real Power house for our brains and gut health.
