What do pancakes remind you of? For me, it’s that cozy Sunday brunch on a peaceful morning in a house that smells like coffee and cinnamon. These FLUFFY gluten-free banana pancakes are my weekend staples. I get so excited to wake up early in the morning because I get to put on a mellow soundtrack and whip these bad boys up!

These healthy and yummy gluten-free banana pancakes are refined Sugar-Free, Grain-Free and Gluten-Free, but not free of fluffiness. They remind me of the glorious pancakes from iHop (yes, I too went through a period of obsession), they are even BETTER and way healthier.


Healthy Ingredients for an Easy Gluten Free Banana Pancake Recipe

Paleo, Fluffy Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes

Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes that are Sugar-Free and Healthy Pancakes

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes


Wet ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup nut milk (adjust the amount to reach desired consistency)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour ((make it extra fluffy))
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mash banana, Mix wet ingredients first
  2. Add dry ingredients
  3. Mix well
  4. Pour into a coconut oil greased pan, cook 4 min on the first side, flip then cook additional 3 min
  5. Top with any of your favorite fruits, nut butter and granola.
  6. ENJOY
