There is no gluten, eggs, or dairy.

Vegan Cheese Sauce for the Best Gnocchi Dish
My favorite way to serve the gnocchi is to make a “Mac and Cheese” (or we should call it Gnocchi-eese?) with my favorite vegan cheese sauce.
This healthy version of the “cheese” sauce is dairy-free, made with butternut squash and raw cashews. It is sweet, cheesy, and creamy, and it pairs so well with the air fried gnocchi.

Do you suggest flipping these halfway through the cooking time in the air fryer, too?
Hi Emily,
Flipping is not necessary if you aren’t crowding the frying basket much. If you are making a bigger batch, you can shake lightly shake it up once halfway.
