These are the perfect weekend dinner, just like my Easy Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry, and my Delicious Healthy Chinese Garlic Chicken.
What Sets These Asian Peanut Noodles Apart
Most Peanut Noodle or Peanut Sauce recipes I have come across typically contain soy sauce. In a majority of my Asian dishes, I have swapped out soy sauce for coconut aminos.
I like coconut amino acids because they add a hinge of sweetness, with a little bit of salty flavor- but not the punch of salt like you would get with soy sauce!
These noodles are packed with flavor! The Homemade Asian Peanut Sauce makes this dish incredibly tasty and creamy! You can also add your favorite toppings such as tofu, chicken, veggies, or herbs and make it even more flavorful.
Does the Type of Noodle Matter
Absolutely Not!
While I used a ramen noodle, because that is what we prefer. You could always use any of the following:
- Ramen
- Fettuccini
- Rice Noodles
- Chinese Wheat Noodle
All you need to do is find a good vessel for this delicious peanut sauce to be poured on!

How much garlic? Mentioned as an ingredient but not included in actual recipe
Hi Ms.K,
The peanut sauce is linked in the recipe card for this dish- linking here as well! It should be 1 tsp of each minced garlic and ginger.
