Golden Milk is rich in antioxidants and has lots of health benefits. A Golden Latte is one of my favorite drinks. This Golden Milk Smoothie is the best of both worlds, combining this warming flavor in a rich, nutritious bowl. This Golden Milk Smoothie is also Sugar-FreeGluten-FreeVegan and Paleo-Friendly

Benefit of Golden Milk

Golden milk’s color and health benefits come from the wonder root, turmeric, which is known for decreasing inflammation and joint pain (read more benefits about turmeric Here). It is also great mood boosting brain food and has shown benefits for stabilizing blood sugar and weight control. I love making a hot golden latte when the weather gets cold, as well as adding golden milk (or just turmeric powder) to my smoothies and snacks

Adding Extra Veggies to Smoothie

As you probably know, I love sneaking veggies into my smoothies. It is the best way to increase my veggie intake for the day. My favorites to add are cauliflower, zucchini and squash; they have a relatively mild taste so you won’t even notice. On the other hand, I would not recommend broccoli, bell pepper, celery or anything that has a very distinct taste.

To prep the veggies, I wash them thoroughly, then steam them for 10 – 15 minutes ( see more meal prep ideas on my story highlights). Et Voila! The reason I steam them before freezing them is because they are better for digestion. Cooking them also makes the minerals and nutrients more bioavailable for absorption. when you blend lots of fruits, veggies and superfood together… A golden smoothie bowl can’t get more nourishing than that!

Hey Shuang! ?? Congratulations on your new blog! I love the layout of it! But since you asked for some feedback, I thought I’d let you know that there are some grammatical errors, so you may want to double check the correctness. ☺️ Can’t wait to see how your page grows, keep up the great work!
