So Easy to Make
I have a confession – I can never get a cookie recipe turn out to be the way I want it to be. Although I can handle a roll of pre-made cookie dough.
However, when I make Chocolate Chip Cookies into a blondie or cookie bar form, they turn out amazing.
There is no rolling involved.
All you need is to throw all the ingredients into a bowl. Bake. Enjoy!
Texture is Magical
A little crispy on the edges, these cookie bars are still chewy and moist on the inside. The melty chocolate and sea salt combination are just the most perfect duo.
Moreover, these chocolate blondies are soft and have a buttery flaky texture. When you sink your teeth in it, the crispy outside, melty and gooey inside, chocolatey and salty flavor.
Say no more.

Notes
- Arrowroot flour is a starch that make the blondies chewier. If you choose to you use, add 1 -2 tbsp of nut milk or water. Otherwise arrowroot flour will thicken the blondie texture too much.
- Try under-bake for a couple minutes for that extra gooey factor!
