In a mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients: almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, nut milk.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl - almond flour, arrowroot flour, baking soda, 1/2 tsp sea salt. Whisk until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts (if using any)
Grease an 8x8 baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate chip blondie mixture in. Add some extra chocolate chip and sea salt on top.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Notes
Arrowroot flour is a starch that make the blondies chewier. If you choose to you use, add 1 -2 tbsp of nut milk or water. Otherwise arrowroot flour will thicken the blondie texture too much.
Try under-bake for a couple minutes for that extra gooey factor!
