Simple and easy ONE ingredient oat flour made in a high speed blender using rolled oats.

Oat flour is simply oats made into a very fine form. You can use rolled oats or quick oats because they are partially cooked during the processing. However, steel-cut oats will not work for this oat flour recipe.

Truly, all you need is oats, and a highspeed blender.

Store-bought oat flour is often not cheap. Making your own is more cost-effective, and you can ensure the freshness.

Baking: You can easily substitute all-purpose flour with oat flour, in many pancakes, cookie or muffin recipes.

Energy Bites: I love making energy bites with rolled oats. Although rolled oats create the perfect crunch to the no bake treats, using oat flour can make the texture fudgy and smooth!

How to Store Your Homemade Flour

It is pretty simple- whether you have air tight containers or just a mason jar. You can store this however you like as long as it is in a sealed container.

It should last about a month! If you don’t use oat flour enough, you can just blend or process it the same day you need it for a recipe!
