Vegan Sriracha Aioli {5 Ingredients}
Vegan sriracha aioli is a great way to add a touch of spice and flavor to your favorite dishes. It is perfect for dipping crispy firecracker tofu, air fryer cauliflower gnocchi vegetables like zucchini fries, breaded cauliflower and more. Not only is this creamy, flavorful, and versatile… it also gives you a little kick of heat!
What I love most about this, is that you have the ability to adjust the heat level, based on your liking! We personally LOVE heat in our house, so we tend to make ours a little spicier.
Ingredients Needed for Vegan Sriracha Aioli
This spread only requires 5 ingredients! You may already have most of these ingredients at home too!
Main Ingredients:
Mayo– I use vegan mayo, I buy this from Trader Joes
Garlic– I used fresh garlic, minced. I love using this chopper to mince my garlic!
Sriracha
Coconut Aminos– You could also use soy sauce if it is all you have! It just may be saltier. My favorite brand is nutiva/coconut secret! This article shares a side-by-side comparison table of both soy sauce and coconut aminos!
Optional Ingredients:
Milk– I used dairy free milk- and this is only needed dependent on your preferred consistency.
Red Pepper Flakes– This depends on your preferred spice level.
How to Make this Spicy Aioli
This sauce can be made in about 5 minutes!
All that this requires is a bowl- and measuring utensils!
Lastly, taste to ensure it is seasoned to your liking. And then you can serve immediately!
How Long Does Aioli Last
This will last in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the fridge. I don’t recommend freezing this- especially since it only takes 5 minutes to make!

How to use Sriracha Aioli
You can use this aioli multiple ways!
One of my favorites is to toss tofu in it, similar to Air Fryer Firecracker Tofu!
Or, another tasty way to enjoy this is by dipping Zucchini Fries, or Potato Wedges in it!

- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
Optional Ingredients
