This creamy Vegan Sriracha Aioli is the 5-minute sauce you’ll want to put on just about everything. It’s creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and incredibly easy to make with just a handful of ingredients.

Crispy breaded cauliflower drizzled with creamy vegan sriracha aioli and topped with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.

Use it as a dipping sauce for crispy tofu, zucchini fries, potato wedges, or roasted vegetables. You can also drizzle it over tacos and bowls or spread it onto burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. Basically, if your meal needs a little extra flavor, this spicy aioli will do the trick.

And the best part? You can completely customize the heat level. We LOVE spicy food in our house, so I usually add a little extra sriracha. But you can easily start with less and add more until it tastes just right for you.

Why You’ll Love This Vegan Sriracha Aioli

Sauce makes every dish taste better. At least that is the case for my 5- and 3-year-old boys. They love dipping their roasted vegetables in this sriracha aioli. The sweet umami taste and creamy texture are irresistible.

It takes about 5 minutes to make, requires no cooking, and comes together in one bowl.

I especially love keeping a jar in the fridge for busy weeknight meals when I want to add a creamy, spicy finishing touch without making another complicated recipe.

It’s also incredibly versatile. You can use this sriracha aioli as a dip, spread, drizzle, or even toss it with crispy tofu or roasted vegetables.

And because you’re making it yourself, you get to control the spice. Add a little sriracha for a mild kick (for my kids) or go heavy if you love the heat like I do!

That’s it! You can serve your sriracha aioli immediately or refrigerate it until you’re ready to use it.

How to Use Sriracha Aioli

This is one of those sauces that somehow works with just about everything.

One of my favorite ways to use it is with my Air Fryer Firecracker Tofu. You can drizzle the aioli over crispy tofu or use it as a dipping sauce on the side.

It’s also delicious with:

I also like using it on steak when my husband grills them medium rare.

If you’re tired of the same store-bought spreads and dipping sauces, this Vegan Sriracha Aioli is such an easy way to switch things up.

It’s creamy, spicy, tangy, and ridiculously simple to make. Whether you’re dipping crispy tofu and veggies into it, spreading it onto a sandwich, or drizzling it all over tacos, this is one of those staple sauces worth keeping in your fridge.

I can’t wait to hear what you put it on!

Store leftover vegan sriracha aioli in an airtight container or glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
I don’t recommend freezing it because the creamy texture can change once frozen and thawed. Plus, since it only takes about 5 minutes to make, it’s easy enough to whip up a fresh batch whenever you need it.
