Ingredients for No-Bake Graham Cracker Crust
You simply need 2 main ingredients for this easy and delish recipe and I bet you have most of them already sitting in your pantry at home right now!
The 2 main ingredients are graham crackers and milk of your choice.
I had included almond butter in my original post but after several recipe testings, I decided to make it an optional ingredient. Because this no bake crust recipe turns out just as perfect with or without the almond butter in the mixture.
Graham Crackers are my favorite ingredient for making the crust of pies or bars.
Because they already have a beautiful flavor combination of honey, cinnamon, vanilla and more.
For the liquid used here to bind the cracker crumbs, you can choose any of your favorite dairy free milk or regular milk.
What does the almond butter add to the mix?
Almond butter adds a toasty and nutty flavor profile if added to the cracker mixture. It also gives the crust some more volume, making it more chewy and dense.
I love adding almond flour to elevate the flavors when I have it available. But it can be omitted without sacrificing the deliciousness of this no bake crust.

Hi! My whole family loves this crust for your millionaire bars!! After making them two times I wonder if you can give me a measurement for using GF graham crackers. I’ve estimated and so both times the crust has come out really different. I’m using Partake Classic Grahams. Could you provide a measurement in ounces so it will work for any brand. We love your recipes!!!
Hi Jennifer,
We have resolved this now; it should be roughly 210g.
Hope this helps!
Constance 🙂
