Chunky Monkey Oatmeal Bake {No Eggs}
Packed with a strong banana flavor, with chocolate chips that melt in your mouth, and an extra added crunch from the tasty walnuts! Enjoy these oats for breakfast with your coffee, or for dessert with a spool of whipped cream on top!

Ingredients

ripe banana
*roughly 2 medium bananas

dairy free milk of choice

maple syrup
1/2
cup
chopped walnuts
1/3
cup
chocolate chips
Optional Ingredients
banana slices for toppings
1/4-1/2

coconut sugar
*if you prefer a sweeter dish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease or line your 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, add in your oats, banana, baking powder, salt, milk, and maple syrup together.
Fold in your dark chocolate chips or chunks as well as your walnuts
Pour your mixture into your lined or greased baking dish. You can add more chopped dark chocolate, walnuts or bananas to the top if desired.
Bake for 30 minutes in your pre-heated oven.
Let cool for 20 minutes before slicing into and enjoying!
