In a bowl or jar, mix coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, in a separate dish, whisk together starch and water. Set aside.
Once you have the stir fry ingredients cooked to 70 – 80%, poor in the stir fry sauce, combine by gently stirring all the ingredients together. Once cooked through (to preferred tenderness etc.), pour in the starch mix by spreading it across the ingredients. Gently combine until the sauce thicken.
Serve over rice, garnish, and enjoy

*3 - 4 cloves of garlic minced (~ 2 tbsp)
*1-inch fresh ginger minced or sliced (~ 1 tbsp)
*1 stalk of green onion chopped (save the green part aside for garnishing)
*After heating ¼ cup high smoking point oil to shimmer, add the garlic, fresh garlic and the white part of chopped green onion. Quickly stir for 20 – 30 seconds or until you smell the fragrance. *Now that you have the aromatic, you can start adding the vegetables, or your protein choice.
