This Tropical Pineapple Smoothie bowl is the perfect breakfast this summer. It is made with fruit, veggies and creamy cashew milk.

Ingredients

cauliflower
steamed then frozen

banana
frozen

pineapple
core

fresh ginger

cashew milk

scoop protein powder of choice
1/3
cup
cooked butternut squash
optional
1 -2
tbsp
honey
optional
Instructions
Add all the ingredient to a blender
Blend on low speed and slowly work your way up to high speed.
Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
If you can't find pineapple core, you can use regular pineapple meat.
Adding butternut squash is optional.
