The Best Almond Flour Banana Bread {6 Ingredients}
This moist, fluffy, and sweet banana bread is a staple in my house. Made with almond flour, almond butter and sweetened mainly by ripe bananas, this banana bread is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs and almond butter and whisk together using a hand mixer.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking soda to the wet mix and combine well.
If you prefer a sweeter banana bread, add some coconut sugar to the mixture as well.
Gently fold in chocolate chips and walnuts (optional) to the healthy banana bread batter.
Line an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and top with bananas or more chocolate and walnuts (optional).
Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for 40 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the banana bread cool, cut into slices, and top with some nut butter, ice cream, or yogurt.

My original recipe from back in 2019 included half sweet potato puree and half mashed bananas. I modified the recipe using bananas only to make it more accessible and simple.
