Heat up 1 tbsp avocado oil in a pan, saute all the veggies, aromatic for about 3-4 minutes or until soft and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, mix the turkey, egg, almond flour and 2 tbsp avocado oil.
Add sautted veggies and spices. Mix gently with your hands until the veggies are evenly distributed through the turkey meat.
Rub a bit of oil into your hands to prevent turkey meat sticking to them. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, then form into patties.
Heat up 1 tbsp avocado oil in a cast iron skillet until it shimmers. Place turkey burger patties into the skillet, leaving a little space in-between. Sautee 5-6 minutes, or until a good crust forms. Flip and sautee the other side of additional 4-5 minutes.

Cut sweet potatoes into circles. Rub in some avocado oil and salt.
