Ingredients

coconut aminos
3
cloves
garlic

honey

salt
adjust to taste

Shaoxing wine
Optional Ingredients

cilantro
roughly chopped

green onions
thinly sliced
Instructions
Combine coconut aminos, garlic, honey, salt, Shaoxing wine, cilantro, and green onions (if using any) to a large zip-top bag.
Add in meat of choice.
Seal the bag and massage everything together until the meat is evenly coated with the marinade.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for more flavor.
Notes
You can freeze portioned marinated meat in a Ziploc bag.
You can also use the marinade as a stir-fry sauce.
