In a blender, blend banana coconut flour, pittedmedjool dates and almond butter until smooth
Pour out the mixture into a bowl, freeze for an hour or refrigerate overnight.
Form and roll into balls (Damp your hands before rolling can help prevent the mixture sticking to your hands.)
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with a scoop of almond butter or coconut oil (this can help reduce cracking once the chocolate consolidates).
Coat each banana foster bites in the chocolate and then freeze them for at least an hour to set.
