Asian Burger {with ground pork & chicken}
The juicy, moist and flavorful asian burger are made with ground chicken and pork. Seasoned with coconut aminos making it soy and gluten free.

Ingredients

ground pork
1

ground chicken
3
tbsp
coconut aminos
2
cloves
garlic
minced
2
stalks
green onion
chopped
1
egg
Seasoning
1.5
tsp
salt
or to taste

Chinese five spice
1/2
tsp
ground ginger
Instructions
Begin by chopping all vegetables and measuring out all ingredients.
In a medium frying pan, begin by heating up your sesame oil. Add in the garlic, and green onion. Sauté until golden and fragrant.
Next, add in a medium mixing bowl- add in all ground meat, coconut amino, sauteed veggies, egg, and all seasoning.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Preheat your grill, and begin to form your patties*
Grill burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees-roughly 4-5 minutes each side. Add cheese now if you would like it to melt.
Add burgers to your buns, top with chopped veggies or a slaw if desired, and enjoy!
