Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt Parfait
This Greek Yogurt Parfait is an easy make-ahead breakfast that tastes like strawberry cheesecake in a jar, making it perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, and kid-friendly breakfasts.

Ingredients

Greek yogurt
vanilla or plain

cup
fresh strawberries
chopped

cup
Sweet Thins
lightly crushed
Instructions
Add a layer of crushed almond flour Sweet Thins or graham crackers to the bottom of each jar.
Top with a layer of chopped strawberries.
Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt over the strawberries.
Repeat with another layer of crushed Sweet Thins, strawberries, and Greek yogurt.
If serving immediately, top with additional strawberries and toppings..
For meal prep, skip the final toppings. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Add your favorite toppings just before serving and enjoy.
Notes
Vanilla Greek yogurt adds sweetness and flavor, but plain Greek yogurt works too. Simply drizzle a little honey between the layers.
