In a saucepan, add milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice. Whisk together all the ingredients over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble a little bit, turn the heat to low and whisk more until everything is well combined and a thick foam has formed.
Remove from the heat, stir in vanilla extract.
You can use a milk frother to froth the pumpkin spice creamer.
In a cup, pour in espresso or coffee, then top it off with the pumpkin creamer.
Sprinkle extra cinnamon/pumpkin spice or add whip cream. Enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the amount of maple syrup per your preference. Use keto-friendly liquid sweetener for a Keto PSL.
Oat milk, coconut milk, or regular milk (they all froths really well).
You can also use strongly brewed regular coffee (about 4oz).
