Pulled Chicken with Masala Spice {Crockpot}
This simple crockpot pulled chicken recipe is made with masala spice. It is so flavorful and can be served over rice, bread, vegetables.

Ingredients

lb
chicken
1/2
can of tomato paste
1/2
can of coconut milk
1/4
cup
bone broth
Aromatic
1/2
cup
of chopped onion
3
cloves
of minced garlic
1-
inch
ginger
minced
Seasoning
1
tbsp
garam masala
2
tsp
cumin
2
tsp
chili powder
1
tsp
turmeric
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Marinate the chicken with all the seasoning and liquid in a bag for a few hours. Overnight for best result.
Chop up all the aromatic, onion, garlic, and ginger.
Add chicken and the leftover liquid along with the chopped-up aromatic in your
crockpot.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Pull the chicken apart with a fork then let it sit in the broth for an additional half an hour or so.

Notes
For the Chicken, I usually use half chicken breast half chicken thighs
You can substitute bone broth with water or any other broth.
