1cupchocolate chips*I used chocolate, white chocolate, and butterscotch chips by lilys
3/4cupcashews chopped
Instructions
In a bowl, combine cold cubed butter, brown sugar, coconut flakes, chocolate chips and chopped cashews, and mix by hand.
Mix together until well incorporated.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Use a cookie scoop or a tablespoon to scoop up the cookie dough. Roll it into 10 balls and press and form each ball into a cookie shape- top with a little more coconut flake if desired!
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for at least 20 minutes (or they could easily fall apart).
Notes
