This is the only Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork recipe you need this summer. It is easy and flavorful, all made in a slow cooker, and is the ultimate comfort food and crowd pleaser.
Marinate the pork with all the spices, bone broth and BBQ sauce in a bag for a few hours. Overnight for best result. (If you are short on time, you can omit this step)
Chop up onion and garlic. And sauté in a pan with 1 tbsp avocado oil until fragrant. (About 2 - 3 minutes)
Combine the pork and marinade liquid along with the garlic and onion in your slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Pull the pork apart with two forks then let it sit in the broth for an additional 15 minutes to soak up the juice.
