How to make Homemade Cashew Milk {2 Ingredients}
Cashew Milk is my favorite dairy-free nut milk. Not only it is so creamy and sweet, but super easy to make at home with no straining required.

Vitamix 5200 Blender Professional-Grade, 64 oz. Container
Ingredients
1/2
cup
raw cashews
soaked overnight, or in hot water for 2 hr
3
cups
filtered water
1
pinch
vanilla bean
or 1 tsp vanilla extract {optional}
Instructions
Soak cashew overnight with filtered water
Drain cashews and rinse them a few times
Add soaked cashews and filtered water to a high speed blender
Blend on high for 2 minutes
Pour into a seal-able milk jar
Store in the fridge up to 5 days
