A rice cooker is the easiest way to make delicious and flavorful quinoa and you do not have to wait at the stove, set a timer, or worry about burning the quinoa on the stove.
Turn it on. If your rice cooker has multiple functions, use "white rice" setting.
Once it stops cooking automatically, use a rice spatula to loosen up the quinoa and fluff it up. Close the lid and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
