Ingredients
Caviar
Tomatoes diced

Dressing

Instructions
Cut and combine the diced tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, corn, black beans, avocado, and cilantro.
Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, chili powder, cumin, sugar or maple syrup, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a small container.
Add to the caviar before serving and mix.
Notes
*Use Avocado if serving it fresh, otherwise the avocado will turn brown
** You can also use ½ cup light Italian dressing
