Break up the chocolate bars into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium heat until completely melted. Stir occasionally to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a cookie sheet.
Pour the chocolate on top of the pan and spread it to the preferred thickness. Let the chocolate set for a little bit.
Spread all the toppings across the chocolate.
Freeze the chocolate bark for 30 minutes.
Take it out from the freezer, break it into pieces, and ENJOY!
Notes
If you dig the bitterness of chocolate and sugar-free treats, you can choose to use 100% dark chocolate. The berries and goji on top will add a little sweetness to it still.
