These Birthday Cake Protein Balls are the perfect little treat that will have you thinking you are enjoying a slice of delicious birthday cake! They are packed with a delicious vanilla flavor, and packed with sprinkles too!

Optional Add-Ins
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1/4cupGround Flax
1/4cupChia Seeds
Instructions
Soak raw cashews in hot water for 2 hours, or in room temp water overnight with a pinch of salt. If the medjool dates are not soft, you can soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain water after soaking.
In a food processor add raw cashew, dates, vanilla protein. Blend until smooth. Add any optional add ins if you using.
Fold in the sprinkles
Optional: Leave the doll in the fridge for 20 – 30 minutes to cool (makes it easier for rolling if the dough is too wet and hard to form)
