PALEO ITALIAN MEATBALLS

Italian Paleo Mealballs – Ground Chicken – Ground Turkey – Onion – Garlic – Poblano Pepper – Italian Seasoning – Salt – Arrowroot Flour

INGREDIENTS:

Italian Paleo Meatballs Preheat the oven to 425 F.

STEP 1

Finely chop the onion, garlic, poblano pepper. Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a pan and sauté the aromatic for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.

STEP 2

Combine all meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until combined well, using your hands.

STEP 3

Bake 13 – 15 minutes until it’s completely cooked through (no pink when cut open).
