-Ground chicken or turkey -Egg -Buffalo sauce -Garlic powder -Arrowroot flour -Salt and Pepper to taste * -Diced yellow onion -Chopped green onion -Blue cheese (optional) *** -Ranch (optional)
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, thoroughly mix ground chicken or turkey with buffalo sauce, arrowroot flour, egg, chopped yellow onion, garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste.
Cover meatball mixture and refrigerate for 20 minutes or overnight for best results.
Roll into golf-sized balls; makes about 12-16 meatballs depending on how large you make them. Bake.
