CHICKEN MEATBALLS – ground chicken – egg – buffalo sauce – garlic powder – arrowroot flour – salt and pepper – onion

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

STEP 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, thoroughly mix ground chicken or turkey with buffalo sauce, arrowroot flour, egg, chopped yellow onion, garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste.

Cover meatball mixture and refrigerate for 20 minutes or overnight for best results.
