EIGHT TREASURE CONGEE

This sweet Eight Treasure Congee 八宝粥 is a traditional, healthy Chinese porridge. It is nuritious and packed with plant-based protein!

Beans/Nuts – Azuki beans – Black beans – Peanuts or walnuts raw – Mung beans

INGREDIENTS:

Crockpot Wash all the ingredients, drain them of excess water.

STEP 1

Add the rice, beans, oats, nuts, jujubes and water to the crockpot.

STEP 2

Cook for 3 hours on low.

STEP 3

Add sugar, and goji berries to taste.
