– edamame – spinach or cilantro – onion – eggs – oat flour – baking powder – garlic powder * – curry powder * – ground cumin *

INGREDIENTS:

Start with roughly chopping the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil on low heat.

STEP 1

Add all the ingredients - edamame, spinach, eggs, oat flour, baking powder, sautéed onion, garlic powder, and curry powder to a food processor or a high-speed blender.

STEP 2

Mix well until a smooth paste has formed.

STEP 3

Heat 1 – 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
