– sourdough toast – butter or coconut oil – yogurt * – vanilla extract * – egg – coconut sugar – ground cinnamon
Start with rubbing butter on both sides of the toast or spray coconut oil on both sides of the toast.
Gently press down the center of the toast using your hands or a spoon to make a dent to put the custard in.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, yogurt, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon to make the custard.
Add the custard mixture to the dent in the bread.
