BROCCOLI BACON BREAKFAST QUICHE

This healthy broccoli bacon quiche recipe is perfect for brunch this holiday season. It is loaded with roasted veggies and crispy bacon.

QUICHE FILLING – Eggs – Bacon – Roasted Broccoli – Red Onion – Bell Pepper – Ghee – Coconut Milk – Salt And  Pepper – Cheddar Cheese

STEP 1

Broil the bacon on a broiling pan for 5 minutes. Place cooked bacon on a piece of paper towel.

STEP 2

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

STEP 3

Chop the onion, broccoli into small florets, and bell pepper into small cubes. Then roughly chop the bacon into pieces.
