Reduce the Apple Cider

In a small saucepan, add 1 1/2 cups of spiced apple cider. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 – 20 minutes or until the liquid is reduced to about a 1/2 cup.

Whisk together the dry ingredients

almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom.

Combine the Wet Ingredients

whisk together the reduced apple cider, egg, almond butter, and maple syrup.

Fill the donut pans and Bake 20 minutes

Spoon or pipe the donut mixture into a silicone donut pan (they are the best non0sticking pan) Fill the pan all the way to the top.

Dip in cinnamon sugar

Once the donuts are cool enough to handle but still warm, coat them with the cinnamon sugar mix. (Brush melted coconut oil on the donuts to make coating  sticks better.)
