Small whole chicken Carrots Yellow onion Medium red potatoes Bone Broth Paprika Garlic powder Thyme Salt Black pepper Rosemary Oregano Cloves garlic Lemon
Combine all the seasoning in a small bowl. Remove the giblets (if any) from the chicken. Stuff rosemary, oregano, 2 cloves of garlic, and sliced 1/2 a lemon inside of the chicken. Brush the chicken with cooking oil and rub the seasoning on the chicken.
Place a small round cooking rack in the middle of the crockpot. Roughly chop up onion, garlic, potatoes and carrots. Arrange them on the bottom of the crockpot.
Place the chicken on the cooking rack. Add bone broth or chicken stock.
