PUMPKIN BLONDIES

Wet ingredients – Pumpkin puree – Almond butter – Butter – Egg yolk – Vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS:

In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda.

STEP 1

Add the pumpkin puree, almond butter, butter or vegan alternative, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Fold and gently combine all the ingredients.

STEP 2

Fold in ¾ of the chocolate chips and pour into an 8×8 baking dish.

STEP 3

Add the rest of the chocolate chips on top and a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
