PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BARS

These 5 ingredient fudgy peanut butter chocolate bars are healthy and so easy to make. They are is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and can be made keto.

– Raw Cashews – Peanut Butter – Dark Chocolate – Medjool Dates – Coconut Flour

INGREDIENTS:

Soak raw cashews in a jar with warm water (enough to fully cover the cashews) and a pinch of salt overnight.

STEP 1

Drain and rinse a couple of times. Then add soaked cashews to a food processor.

STEP 2

Add pitted Medjool dates to the food processor. Blend well to combine (no chunk of dates left).

STEP 3

Add 2/3 cup peanut butter and a pinch of salt. Pulse everything in a food processor.
