NO BAKE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

These healthy No Bake Double Chocolate Cookies are delicious and easy to make. This 5 ingredient raw cookie recipe is vegan, gluten-free, low-carb and paleo-friendly.

– Raw Cashews – Almond Butter – Medjool Dates – Cacao Powder – Chocolate Chips – Sea Salt – Coconut Flour

INGREDIENTS:

Soak cashews in cold water and a pinch of sea salt overnight (or in warm water for 2 hours). Drain and rinse.

STEP 1

Pulse cashews and pitted Medjool dates in a food processor until finely blended.

STEP 2

Add cacao powder, a pinch of sea salt, and pulse again.

STEP 3

Blend in almond butter until gooey. Add 2 - 3 tbsp coconut flour if the batter appears to be runny.
