HEALTHY TURKEY BURGERS

These paleo turkey burgers are so juicy and flavorful on the inside and crispy on the outside.

– Ground Turkey – Egg – Almond Flour – Avocado Oil – Cilantro – Onion – Poblano Pepper – Garlic

INGREDIENTS:

Heat up 1 tbsp avocado oil in a pan, saute all the veggies, aromatic for about 3-4 minutes or until soft and fragrant. Set aside to cool.

STEP 1

In a mixing bowl, mix the turkey, egg, almond flour and 2 tbsp avocado oil.

STEP 2

Add sautted veggies and spices. Mix gently with your hands until the veggies are evenly distributed through the turkey meat.

STEP 3

Rub a bit of oil into your hands to prevent turkey meat sticking to them. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, then form into patties.
