EDAMAME FRITTERS

These edamame fritters are perfect for baby-led weaning. They're easy to make and packed with nutrients, protein, quality carbs, and veggies.

– Edamame – Spinach – Onion – Eggs – Heaping Oat Flour – Baking Powder – Garlic Powder – Curry Powder – Ground Cumin

INGREDIENTS:

Start with roughly chopping the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil on low heat.

STEP 1

Add all the ingredients – edamame, spinach, eggs, oat flour, baking powder, sautéed onion, garlic powder, and curry powder to a food processor or a high-speed blender.

STEP 2

Mix well until a smooth paste has formed.

STEP 3

Heat 1 – 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
