CRISPY SWEET POTATO FRIES

This extra CRISPY sweet potato fries recipe is the best healthy alternative. It is Paleo, Gluten Free, and minimum oil required.

– Sweet Potato – Avocado Oil – Pumpkin Pie Spice

INGREDIENTS:

Boil sweet potato for 5 minutes (this make the sweet potatoes easier to cut, and also make them extra crispy).

STEP 1

Cut sweet potato into wedges, nuggets or string fries.

STEP 2

In a mixing bowl, mix sweet potatoes, avocado oil and spices together.

STEP 3

If using oven-baked method, line the fries on a sheet pan, bake in the oven 400 F – 425 F for 30 minutes.
