– Medium head of cauliflower – Medium sweet potatoes – Garlic – Coconut milk – Vegetable broth or filtered water – Sea salt, black pepper – Ghee or butter – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Pecans – Maple syrup – Olive oil – Black pepper – Chopped chives
Place all the main ingredients - Sweet potatoes, cauliflower, garlic as a whole (if using), coconut milk, vegetable broth, salt and pepper in a pot. Add 1/2 cup of Bring to boil.
Put the cap on and let it simmer for 30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are soft enough to poke through (with a fork)
