CARROT CAKE  DONUTS

THESE DELICIOUS CARROT CAKE DONUTS ARE PERFECT FOR BREAKFAST AND DESSERT. SINCE THEY ARE BAKED, THEY ARE HEALTHY AND SUPER EASY TO MAKE. THEY ARE ALSO GLUTEN-FREE, REFINED SUGAR-FREE, AND WHOLE30 APPROVED.

INGREDIENTS:

- Large cooked sweet potato - Coconut oil - Eggs - Nut milk - Almond Flour - Coconut Flour - Baking Soda - Pumpkin pie spice - Cardamon - Shredded carrots - Fresh ginger (optional) - Chopped pecans

In a mixing bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Combine well.

Step 01

Fold in additional ingredients. Pour into a donut pan or loaf pan.

Step 02

Bake 350 F for 25 min. Melt 1/2 cup coconut butter and pour on top the cooled donuts. Sprinkle some more shredded carrots and pecans.
