BREADED SALMON BITES {HONEY CHIPOTLE}

THESE BREADED SALMON BITES ARE CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE AND SOFT AND FLAKEY ON THE INSIDE. THEY ARE SEASONED WITH HONEY, GARLIC, AND CHIPOTLE AND SERVED WITH A CREAMY AND HOT HONEY GARLIC AIOLI.

– salmon – honey – garlic – chili powder – salt – pepper – eggs – flour  – panko crumbs – mayo – lemon juice

INGREDIENTS:

MAKE SALMON BITES

STEP 1

Remove the skin from the salmon (if it has any).

Cut the salmon into 2-inch cubes or preferred size.

STEP 2

In a bowl, add all the marinade ingredients - honey, garlic, chipotle chili powder, salt, and black pepper and mix it together.

STEP 3

Add the cubed salmon into the marinade and coat the salmon thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic and let it marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
