WHOLE30 TURKEY MEATBALLS

As the holiday season wraps up, I know we are all thinking about kicking off the new year in a healthy way! I am finally sharing this paleo, gluten-free and whole30 friendly turkey meatball recipe!

– Ground turkey – Onion – Cilantro – Garlic – Olive oil – Salt pepper – Cumin – Paprika

INGREDIENTS:

Mix all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

STEP 1

Roll the mixture into 12 meatballs.

STEP 2

Heat 2-3 tbsp of avocado oil in a pan, really hot.

STEP 3

Pan sear them for 7-8 minutes each side.
