VEGAN PUMPKIN PIE HUMMUS

Made with only 5 ingredients, this delicious pumpkin hummus is vegan, gluten-free, and packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

– Chickpeas – Pumpkin Puree – Maple Syrup – Pumpkin Pie Spice – Cashew Butter Or Tahini – Chocolate Chips

INGREDIENTS:

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.

STEP 1

Combine all the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips if using any) in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

STEP 2

Stop and scrape the wall of the blender a couple of times.

STEP 3

Fold in and/or top with chocolate chips, sprinkle some extra pumpkin pie spice on top before serving. Enjoy!
