Pistachio Crusted Chicken

This 15 minute salmon is delicious, easy to make, and is paleo!

INGREDIENTS:

– Salmon – Pistachios – Dijon Mustard – Lemon

STEP 1

In a small bowl mix together all wet ingredients and seasonings.

STEP 2

Coat the salmon in the mustard mixture.

STEP 3

Pulse pistachios in a food processor- then evenly coat on top of salmon.

STEP 4

Bake for 9-12 minutes, and enjoy!
