HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPIE TREATS

Made with brown rice crispy cereals, honey, peanut butter, and a little decadent dark chocolate, these treats are refined sugar-free, packed with nutrients.

– Peanut Butter – Honey – Brown Rice Cereal – Salt – Dark Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (if the texture comes in gooey or solid form, microwave for 20 - 30 seconds or until the texture becomes runny).

STEP 1

Add crispy rice cereal and pinch of sea salt to the bowl, and gently stir until well combined (the texture should be sticky).

STEP 2

Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the peanut butter crispy layer into the pan.gether all the ingredients.

STEP 3

In a small mixing bowl, melt chocolate and peanut butter together in the microwave for 40 - 50 seconds. Stir halfway to make sure the chocolate doesn't burn.
